January 16: 5 months old!

I turned 5 months old on January 16.  Here's all I have been up to this past month!

• I can hold my head up high and absolutely no more bobbing!
• I am turning over a lot now from tummy to back.
• I continue to work on sitting up.  Sometimes I practice in my Bumbo and other times I practice when sitting on pillows in between Mommy and Daddy while skyping with my grandparents once a week!
  
• I finally think it's comfortable to sit on Mommies hip because my legs have gotten longer.
  
• I keep getting better with tummy time and am lifting my torso up now.
• I finished reading my Bible this month with Mommy and Daddy's help of course.
• I hold Mommy and Daddy's hands each night as we pray to Jesus together before I go to bed.
  
• I continue to sleep through the night: I go down around 7:30 and don't wake up until 6:30.
• I love arching my back, putting my head back, and looking at things upside down.
• I still love to laugh and now it sounds more throaty and deep.
• I like to pet Daddy's head and feel his hair.
• I have started spending time in my exer-saucer/bouncy seat.  I am not too good at it, BUT I have started discovering the toys all around, lights, and mirror.
• I also enjoy drooling and biting down on fingers!
